"After spending 24 years in the military and moving every 2 years, we found it extremely difficult to locate suitable storage for our RV, boat and household items. Despite making a large investment in some prized possessions, we found within a short time outside and unprotected, the weather ruined rubber seals and tires, made for permanent unsightly weather streaks, the fiberglass oxidized, and rodents burrowed into our things. In short order, our new RV and boat became old and used. We soon realized people need local storage that is clean, convenient, effective, safe and secure. Through my military experience, I knew the importance of security and immediate access to supplies. To fill this need in storage, we choose to build a state of the art facility giving our customers fencing, cameras and 24 hour access. Recognizing the expanding needs of the community, it is our plan to soon offer climate controlled stor age and open a tool/party rental facility, Grand Rental Station, to further service our customers. With climate control, no longer will folks need to worry about mildew of household goods and business owners requiring climate control will have a less expensive alternative than renting high priced retail space to meet their needs."
